2026-27 Registration Rates
- Early-bird rates ($100 off) end July 15.
- Jasper Minor Sports is covering the credit card processing fees.
- Your fee includes $50 – integrated into the registration cost – to cover contributions to a raffle table for your child’s tournament (removing the need to donate items or money for the raffle table).
- We are offering an option to pay in 3 installments. Please note that you are only eligible for the early bird rate if you choose to pay the full balance now.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation prior to September 15 with no on-ice time: 100% refund less $25 administrative fee
- Cancellation from Sept 1 to Sept 30 and/or player participates on ice: 100% less $100 insurance/ice time fee
- Cancellation between Oct 1 to Nov 30: 50% less $50 Tournament fee:
- Cancellation on or after Dec 1: No Refund
- No Refund will be issued for any withdrawal stemming from a coaching/player/parent/manager conflict that has not been resolved through the proper complaint process.
Mandatory Parent Course
Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada mandate parent education courses. If you have a current Respect in Sport couse certificate that has not expired, you don’t need to take any action at this time. If you do not, you must take the new course called The Shift Forward.
Financial Barriers
- If finances are a barrier for your family, Jasper Minor Sports works closely with Community Outreach Services to get players on the ice/field. Please contact hockey@jasperminorsports.ca for more information or contact Community Outreach Services.
Season Start Info
- Season start dates have not been confirmed.
- Each player will automatically be set up with a TeamLinkt account. Parents will be emailed a link to set up their account on the app on their phone. This app is used throughout the season for communication from the coaches and parents. Season updates will be sent through here prior to the season starting.
Coaching Application Process
